About
Our Story
After the purchase of what was previously Twin City Diner, Zoe Michael noticed her mother in one of the photos the previous owners had left adorning the walls. She took this as an affirmation that what would become Cin Cin Burger Bar would be a prosperous business for the Michael Family Restaurant Group. The diner would transform into a Prohibition-themed burger bar; the décor, along with many of the menu items create an authentic speakeasy vibe that is still family friendly. The name Cin Cin (pronounced chin-chin, translated to “cheers” in Italian) originated from another Michael Family Restaurant of the same name. The original Cin Cin was a fine dining restaurant in Fort Myers, Florida, where the Michael Family moved from in 2007 to escape the real estate market and economy crash. Cin Cin Burger Bar, along with sister restaurants Mama Zoe Michael’s, Waldo’s Wings, and Yamas Mediterranean Street food remain locally owned and operated by the Michael Family. Raise a giggle water and cin cin to the best burgers in Winston-Salem!
